• Ebooks: Due to the digital nature of ebooks (PDFs), all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Courses: Refunds are available only if you have accessed/viewed no more than one video lecture in the purchased course and request the refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact confiablebusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property
